What needs to be understood before ordering

This helps the buyer discuss configuration, modifications, warranty, maintenance, consumables, spare parts and a possible follow-up inspection of the production unit or finished batch.
Why this is best done before payment
Before placing an order, the buyer still has room to adjust the transaction. Specifications can be clarified, modifications requested, an additional test arranged or an unsuitable option rejected.
The same questions are slower and more expensive to solve after payment and delivery, especially when the device is large, non-standard, requires installation or will be used in a commercial location.
A functional check does not replace certification, laboratory testing or batch inspection. It serves a different purpose: confirming whether the real operation of the device meets the buyer’s expectations while the decision can still be changed.

Consider a pre-order functional check when the device is new to your business, difficult to assess from a specification alone, dependent on a full operating cycle, or located in China while you cannot attend in person.
